Over the years we have become real specialists in family law. We probably have the largest family practice in one office in the area. We can usually see new clients on the same day that they make contact with us and we are always able to cater for emergencies.

Family Matters

We take a mediatory approach and try to resolve disputes amicably but equally we can be tough negotiators. We have Law Society Panel specialists on our team, and members of Resolution First. This is an association of lawyers dedicated to resolving disputes without acrimony.

We deal with separation, divorce, domestic violence issues, disputes relating to where children live and who they see, we also deal with social services, financial disputes between couples who are married, are civil partners or who simply live together.

We regularly act for children, parents and wider family members in Public Law Children Care Cases. Private Law Children Cases (disputes between individuals about residence and contact etc.) also form a large part of our case load. Our team has many years of experience in family matters and has the expertise to conduct your case from start to finish to include contested court hearings.
